Competition Terms

 

1 – The promoter is TV Furniture Direct Ltd (company no. 09490741) whose registered office is at Road 30 Hortonwood, Telford, Shropshire, TF1 7AB.

2 – You are entering the competition for a chance to win one Mahara Home Rustic Wood Effect Side table in either Grey or White.

3 – The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over except employees of AVF Group Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging the competition.

4 – There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

5 – How to enter the competition are shown on the Facebook and Instagram post being used to promote the competition.

6 – By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

7 – Closing date for entry will be February 16^th, 2022. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

8 – No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9 – The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

10 – The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

11 – The prize is as stated in point 2 and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferrable.

12 – Winner will be chosen February 17^th, 2022, at random by software from all entrants received and verified by the promoter.

13 – The winner will be notified either by Instagram DM or Facebook messenger within 7 working days of the competition closing.

14 – Upon being contacted by the promoter you will provide a full, useable UK address that can be used to post the prize to.

15 – The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered.

16 – By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

17 – The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

18 – Entry into this competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
